Warranty Coverage

At FTG, we’re committed to providing high-quality riding gear you can trust. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for the following product categories:

  • Gloves
  • Jackets
  • Raincoats
  • Hoodies
  • Other FTG-branded riding apparel


Warranty Period:

  • Coverage duration varies by product
  • Warranty details are stated on the product page or packaging
  • A valid receipt or order number is required


Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from regular wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., incorrect washing)
  • Modified or altered items
  • Water damage unless specified as waterproof


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from FTG.


Return/Exchange Conditions:


  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels must be attached
  • Valid receipt or order number is required


Exchanges:

  • One-time size exchange is allowed


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact FTG: Message us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue
  2. Approval: Our team will verify and provide return instructions
  3. Ship Back the Item: Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Refund/Exchange: Processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item
