At FTG, we are committed to providing quality riding gear and accessories you can trust. This page outlines our warranty coverage & claim process. 

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only for selected FTG products, including:

  • Raincoats
  • Jackets / Hoodies
  • Intercoms
  • Selected FTG riding apparel and accessories


Warranty Period

  • Warranty details are stated on the product page or packaging

Warranty Coverage

What is included in our warranty coverage (Riding Apparel):

  1. Factory stitching/zipper/velcro/button defects
  2. Water leakage (no external damage) / Peeling waterproof layer (normal use) - For Waterproof products

What is included in our warranty coverage (Intercom):

  1. Factory defect
  2. Cannot power on/off/connect/water damage (main unit only)
  3. 1:1 replacement (device only) 

The following are not covered by our warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  3. Incorrect washing or harsh detergent damage
  4. DIY repairs, modifications, or altered items
  5. Damage from storing items while wet
  6. Lost or stolen items
  7. Microphone water damage or charging above 5V/1A
  8. Any issue outside the warranty period


How to submit a warranty claim?

We want you to be fully confident & safe with your purchase from FTG.


There are 2 ways to submit your warranty claim:

Option 1 - Direct to HQ:

  1. Fill in the Warranty Claim Form at ftgofficial.com
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours

Option 2 - Through FT Garage Store / Authorised Dealer (that you purchase from):

  1. Visit the store / dealer where the item was purchased
  2. Fill in the Warranty Claim Form
  3. If stock is available, replacement may be collected directly
  4. If stock is unavailable, customer may choose: Direct postage from HQ, or wait for stock arrival at the selected store. Customers will be notified via email for updates or pickup.


Claim Assessment

All claim are subject to inspection by our internal team

Estimated Processing Time (if claim through HQ)

  1. Raincoat: 5–7 business days
  2. Intercom: 7–10 business days
  3. Jacket / Hoodie: 5–7 business days

FTG reserves the right to inspect, approve, reject, repair, or replace any claim where applicable
