FTG ADVENTURE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
1. Warranty Terms Overview
Coverage period - 2 years from date of purchase
What is covered :
- Manufacturing defects: Stitching, Zipper, Buckle, or Strap
- Material defects: Inner coating peeling, Waterproof failure not caused by user damage
- Waterproof function failure due to defective materialsWhat is not covered :
- Wear & tear: Scratches, fading, or gradual loss of water repellency on the fabric surface
- Accidents & misuse: Cuts, punctures, tears, burns, overloading the bag beyond its recommended capacity, damage from improper washing or use harsh chemicals.
- Waterproofing failure due to user error: Water got in because zippers were not fully closed, roll-tops were not sealed, or caps were left open.
- Unauthorizes repairs: Any damage caused by anyone other than our authorized technicians trying to repair the bag.
(However, if wear and tear occurs within 14 days of the purchase date, you are eligible to claim the warranty. Kindly note, if it occurs after 14 days of purchase, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange due to the items being non-returnable due to wear and tear.)
2. Proof of Purchase Requirement
Acceptable documents: invoice, receipt, order confirmation
Customer must submit a valid document showing:
Date of purchase
Product model or serial number
Seller or store info
3. How to Submit a Claim
Where: WhatsApp or store visit
What to include:
Contact information
Product details (model, serial number)
Description of the issue
Proof of purchase
Photos/videos of the defect (if possible)
4. Claim Assessment
Internal team inspects the issue
Timeline: 5-7 business days

Packaging instructions to avoid further damage
