JACKET/HOODIE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE


1. Warranty Terms Overview

  • Coverage period - 1 year from date of purchase

  • What is covered - Manufacturing defects: Stitching, Broken zips, buttons or velcro, water leaks without external damage, peeling waterproof layers

  • What is not covered - Wear & tear (fading, fraying, cracking), damage from accidents, fire or sharp objects, machine wash or harsh detergent damage, DIY repairs or modifications, storing while wet (mold, bad smell), lost or stolen items

2. Proof of Purchase Requirement

  • Acceptable documents: invoice, receipt, order confirmation

  • Customer must submit a valid document showing:

    • Date of purchase

    • Product model or serial number

    • Seller or store info

3. How to Submit a Claim

  • Where: WhatsApp or store visit

  • What to include:

    • Contact information

    • Product details (model, serial number)

    • Description of the issue

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos/videos of the defect (if possible)


4. Claim Assessment

  • Internal team inspects the issue

  • Timeline: 5-7 business days


5. Return Shipping Policy

  • Packaging instructions to avoid further damage
