INTERCOM WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
1. Warranty Terms Overview
- Coverage period - 1 year from date of purchase
- What is covered - Defective devices replaced 1:1, devices that won’t connect or turn on replaced 1:1, water-damaged devices replaced 1:1 (device only)
- What is not covered - Damage from misuse, water damage to microphones, unauthorized repairs, damage from chargers over 5V/1A
2. Proof of Purchase Requirement
- Acceptable documents: invoice, receipt, order confirmation
Customer must submit a valid document showing:
- Date of purchase
- Product model or serial number
- Seller or store info
3. How to Submit a Claim
- Where: WhatsApp or store visit
What to include:
- Contact information
- Product details (model, serial number)
- Description of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Photos/videos of the defect (if possible)
4. Claim Assessment
- Internal team inspects the issue
- Timeline: 7-10 business days
5. Return Shipping Policy
- Packaging instructions to avoid further damage
