INTERCOM WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
1. Warranty Terms Overview
Coverage period - 1 year from date of purchase
What is covered - Defective devices replaced 1:1, devices that won’t connect or turn on replaced 1:1, water-damaged devices replaced 1:1 (device only)
What is not covered - Damage from misuse, water damage to microphones, unauthorized repairs, damage from chargers over 5V/1A
2. Proof of Purchase Requirement
Acceptable documents: invoice, receipt, order confirmation
Customer must submit a valid document showing:
Date of purchase
Product model or serial number
Seller or store info
3. How to Submit a Claim
Where: WhatsApp or store visit
What to include:
Contact information
Product details (model, serial number)
Description of the issue
Proof of purchase
Photos/videos of the defect (if possible)
4. Claim Assessment
Internal team inspects the issue
Timeline: 7-10 business days
5. Return Shipping Policy
Packaging instructions to avoid further damage
