INTERCOM WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

1. Warranty Terms Overview

  • Coverage period - 1 year from date of purchase

  • What is covered - Defective devices replaced 1:1, devices that won’t connect or turn on replaced 1:1, water-damaged devices replaced 1:1 (device only)

  • What is not covered - Damage from misuse, water damage to microphones, unauthorized repairs, damage from chargers over 5V/1A

2. Proof of Purchase Requirement

  • Acceptable documents: invoice, receipt, order confirmation

  • Customer must submit a valid document showing:

    • Date of purchase

    • Product model or serial number

    • Seller or store info

3. How to Submit a Claim

  • Where: WhatsApp or store visit

  • What to include:

    • Contact information

    • Product details (model, serial number)

    • Description of the issue

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos/videos of the defect (if possible)


4. Claim Assessment

  • Internal team inspects the issue

  • Timeline: 7-10 business days


5. Return Shipping Policy

  • Packaging instructions to avoid further damage
