1. Warranty Terms Overview

Coverage period - Basic: 3 months, Lite & Lite+: 6 months, Pro & Pro+: 1 year from date of purchase
What is covered - Manufacturing defects: Stitching, Broken zips, buttons or velcro, water leaks without external damage, peeling waterproof layers
What is not covered - Wear & tear (fading, fraying, cracking), damage from accidents, fire or sharp objects, machine wash or harsh detergent damage, DIY repairs or modifications, storing while wet (mold, bad smell), lost or stolen items
